Guarantee Policy

If your placed closer does not perform, we keep sourcing and supporting replacements at no additional placement fee until you reach the revenue target agreed for the role.
What the guarantee covers
- Any closer or setter placed by Closer Den under a signed placement agreement
- Performance failure against the revenue target or benchmarks agreed for the role
- Continued sourcing and replacement support, at no additional placement fee, until the agreed revenue target is reached
What the guarantee does not cover
- Termination by the client without documented performance cause
- Failure resulting from lack of adequate onboarding, lead flow, or offer support by the client
- Changes to offer, pricing, commission structure, or role scope after placement that were not agreed upon
- Placements where the client has not paid the agreed placement fee
- Circumstances outside Closer Den's reasonable control
How to trigger the guarantee
- Email info@closerden.com with a description of the performance issue and the gap to the agreed target
- Provide documentation: call recordings, CRM data, or written communication that supports the claim
- We will review within 5 business days and confirm the next step
- If eligible, we continue sourcing and present replacement options as they are ready
Replacement terms
The ROI guarantee is tied to the agreed revenue target for the role, not a fixed time window. Replacement sourcing is provided at no additional placement fee while we work with you to reach that target, subject to the placement agreement.
